Forest Charcoal Soap

There have tried several Canadian made charcoal soaps and Fisherman is unlike the others., I was in for a shock after opening the box and discovered the bar definitely has that sandpaper feel. Exactly what one would want from a charcoal bar of soap.'

The packaging is nicely laid oiut. Well done to whomever design the full line of products

I buy this for my husband. He has very sensitive skin but this doesn’t bother him at all plus it smells wonderful!

I have been buying the excellent NS Fishermans soap (different fragrances) for a number of years. This year I received a sample of the forest charcoal and loved the fragrance. The charcoal grit is useful after working in the garden. I subsequently bought a full-sized bar but unfortunately the fragrance was almost completely gone. It had an old soap smell. It may have just been a one-off, but I am reluctant to purchase now as I was hoping to send them as gifts and at this point I don't know which bar was actually representative.

While I love the idea of this soap, it is painful and left scratches all over my skin after my shower. The exfoliating bits are so sharp that I cannot continue to use it.

This used to be the best soap. It was my go to favorite. Perfect grit. Great sosp.

Now it's a gritty mess of sharp black chunks that isn't worth buying. Hard black pieces can get caught in....uncomfortable places.

I thought I bought a nad bar, but NOPE. I bought another and it was the same sharp gritty mess that should never have been sold.

It's been reduced a to super sharp and gritty hand soap unworthy to shower with.

Very disappointed. No point in buying another.

Had a good thing, ruined it with unnecessary "change".
