Using a lip scrub followed by a hydrating balm, will help prevent dry, cracked lips before they happen

Directions: Apply the mixture to your lips, massaging in small circular motions. Wipe the scrub off with a clean cloth and lukewarm water. Apply a hydrating lip balm, lipstick, or lip gloss
